How do you keep your mind healthy?
In November, Oak Class completed a six hour Healthy Minds course, spread over three afternoons! At Cowbit St Mary's we believe it's important to keep healthy mentally as well as physically. We have recently had Mini First Aid in to deliver a Healthy Minds Course which allowed pupils to explore the range of emotions we feel and the language we use to express them.
